Yayness! Blogger was malfunctioning last night, so I didn't get a chance to post. But I'm back now, and (shocker of shockers) I actually have something to say.
I played Literati against Greg last night. Literati is the Yahoo!Games version of Scrabble. I like it because everything's automated. I won, 180 to 149. I somehow managed to use the word "hewn", which was huge because H and W are 4-point letters. The best part (besides Greg's clever use of "sin") (that didn't come out right, but you know what I mean) was when I played "front". F is a 4- or 5-point letter, and I played it on two multiplier spaces, so I got 24 points. For one word. I was so psyched. The only bad thing was that he made the table unrated, so I'm still at 1480 or so. Next time, I'll set up the table. =)
I found a cool site just now, Daydreamings. It's a personal site, but it's really well-designed. It also had the cutest quizzes. (I have more results to post, but they can wait until I'm finished rambling.)
Squee! Only five more days until HP and the CoS!!!!! I want to go see it on Saturday, but things are not falling into place. I think my dad might have to work on Saturday, which means he can't drive us. ("Us" meaning myself, Megan, Stephanie, and Choi.) And, to top off the uncertainty, the movie theater I usually go to hasn't posted showtimes for Saturday. At least, Moviefone says so. They probably just haven't decided how many screens to show CoS on, and how many times throughout the day. I mean, they know how big opening weekend for SS was. I was there, and they had it on about 3 screens. What can I say? Potterites are obsessed like that. =)
